Analyst, Marketing Co-Ordinator

Overview
The Integrated Marketing Communications team at Mastercard is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The position will collaborate with B2B, B2C and Communications teams across multiple Mastercard campaigns.

Role
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills in a global company.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and marketing activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, PR, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for the execution of marketing materials.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, SOWs, POs, and processing invoices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to support the marketing team with insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internship experience is also considered).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
