**General**:
The Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Supply Planning Manager. He/she must be able to manage a large portfolio of products.

The Supply Planning Analyst role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and analytical individual with exceptional time management skills. An interest in mathematical logic and calculation to support interpreting data accurately and being comfortable with computer databases and tools.

It also entails working and communicating with multiple internal stakeholders as well as with external suppliers.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage inventory plan for assigned products
- Coordinate new product and product phase-out planning with the Brand Management Sales Team
- Prepare Supply Agreement Meeting (SAM) analysis in support of the Sales and Operations Planning Process
- Manage inventory in terms of Inventory level, lead time, Turns, Days of Supply and non-performing inventory at the Finished Goods and Product Family level
- Communicate Supply Status including Production Forecasts to key stakeholders and external Vendors
- Work closely with manufacturing partners as well as the Asia Planning team to reduce excess raw material inventory
- Monitor and help resolve customer service-related issues for assigned products in support of customers, brand manager Sales parties.
- Resolve shortage situations by proactively managing and monitoring inventory levels for assigned materials and material types.
- Raising potential short or long-term inventory to key stakeholders in weekly constraint review meetings
- Managing multiple cross-functional projects alongside day-to-day role

**Required Skill Set Competencies**:

- Undergraduate Degree, a background in business, supply chain, or finance is preferred but not required.
- Good Analytical Skills and affinity for numbers: able to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably.
- Good Problem-Solving Skills: Uses rigorous logic and analytical methods to troubleshoot problems and resolve business issues. Can identify hidden problems and probe multiple sources for answers. Is motivated by a desire for process improvement.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills: able to relate well to a variety of individuals and build relationships with internal stakeholders. Conveys information in a clear and concise manner and seeks to clarify understanding. Confident and can justify decisions made.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and act with a strong sense of urgency
- Good self-initiative to operate independently. Displays professional confidence and a willingness to justify positions when challenged or in support of other views.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, and Excel Skills.
