About Product Delivery

Overview

This role is responsible for administrative duties, creating executive presentations and ownership and management of relevant project work for the Senior Vice President of Product Delivery, AP (Asia Pacific). In addition, supporting the broader daily functioning of the Product Delivery AP team with internal process improvements, and managing administration and the team’s knowledge repositories.

Role

The essential responsibilities of the position are:

- Must be articulate, creative, and demonstrate initiative through all activities
- Produce quality and creative presentation materials, reports and communications for internal stakeholders including senior leadership
- Support the Senior Vice President of Product Delivery through a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar, expense, travel management and team event coordination
- Plan, coordinate and track team objectives and employee programs including identifying potential risks or issues where required
- Define and document Product Delivery processes, manuals, and other operational documentation
- Monitor and track project deliverables and timelines, contribute to internal process improvements and update senior management where required
- Manage and oversee the team’s tools and platforms including Access Management, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook mailboxes
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in other Customer Delivery teams and other business functions to deliver and support tasks
- Own and manage the quarterly department newsletter

- Previous administrative and/or project administration experience within a corporate environment
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, be creative and problem solve
- Ability to work and interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work under pressure
- Elevated level of confidentiality and discretion
- Previous experience using Confluence, SharePoint, Oracle, Qualtrics beneficial but not required
- Self-driven, well organized and can work well autonomously and within a team
