Are you passionate about maintaining efficient and well-managed facilities while providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join this organisation as a Facilities Coordinator on an initial 6-month assignment based at their site in the South East of Melbourne.
**Your new role**
As a Facilities Coordinator for this company, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the oversight of the site including maintenance and cleaning
- Conduct safety and maintenance walks
- Coordinating contractors and oversight of work order management
- Arranging quotes and contractor management
- Conducting minor manual tasks such as room set-ups
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary education or relevant experience in Facilities is highly desirable
- Problem-solving and technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Contractor and work order management skills
**What you'll get in return**
- $40-$45 per hour + Super
- Potential to become permanent

- 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, no after hours
