**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for a Group Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic
**Digital Marketing** team Reporting directly to Digital Marketing Manager, the Group Affiliate Manager is responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth and customer acquisition via traditional affiliates and digital partnerships.
The Affiliate Manager will work closely with the Group Digital Manager, the executive team, and brand leadership to establish the company’s affiliate marketing vision, lead affiliate marketing initiatives, and build and manage relationships with affiliates and partners.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth and customer acquisition across all channels.
- Create, manage and grow direct relationships with key affiliates and partners.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance and activity to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates and partners to promote the relevant brands.
- Create and manage promotions, campaigns, and incentives to increase affiliate engagement and revenue.
- Negotiate affiliate commissions and terms to ensure alignment with business goals and profitability.
- Collaborate with the brand teams to develop and execute co-branded campaigns and content to drive affiliate performance and ensure affiliate compliance with our brand terms.
- Establish and maintain KPIs and monitor dashboards to measure affiliate program effectiveness and ROI. Report internally to the relevant stakeholder on performance.
- Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
- Manage the affiliate program budget and ensure all affiliate payments and processed accurately and timely.
- Work with the legal team to ensure all affiliate agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Attend relevant affiliate industry events and meetings.
- Collaborate with our wider digital marketing teams on aligned objectives and opportunities.
- Work closely with any relevant affiliate networks and/or technology providers to ensure we get the most from their service and tech offering.
- Ensure creative and product feeds provided to affiliates covers their needs and are current.
**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful affiliate marketing strategies.
- Experience managing and growing affiliate relationships and programs and existing relationships with key publishers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing software and tools.
