**The Opportunity**
Reporting to and in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer (CPO), this pivotal role is poised to elevate organisational capability. Through the strategic design and implementation of value-added organisational development and diversity initiatives, the incumbent will align these efforts with the overarching strategic people plan and operational goals, fostering a trajectory of sustained growth and excellence.
In addition, but not limited to, the responsibilities encompass:
- Collaborating with the CPO on People Strategy, cultural change, and HR transformation, focusing on workforce development.
- Managing updates and implementation of Leadership Capability Framework.
- Overseeing organisation-wide surveys, designing and actioning item development, presenting actions to the Executive Committee.
- Assessing organisational structure for succession needs, develop high-potential staff inventory.
- Collaborating to optimise the performance review process, aligning it with business requirements.
- Managing WGEA Compliance Reporting, manage submissions, implement compliance strategies.
- Conducting workforce planning, addressing gaps, and managing the work-life balance portfolio.
- Overseeing the health and wellbeing portfolio, including the online hub.
- Leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, oversee Equity & Inclusion Committee implementation, developing diversity strategies.

- Exposure to medium to large health, aged, and community care related environments is preferred OR tenure within multi-site, unionised working environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and postgraduate qualifications in a related discipline.
