Western Distributors is a well-known flooring business in Sunshine North. They are seeking a full-time Administration Assistant/Salesperson to work in their retail show rooms in North Sunshine. Work hours are full-time, 5 days (4 weekdays, 8am to 5pm and Saturdays (8am to 1pm)). **Must be available to work Saturdays.**
**Duties & responsibilities**
The Administration Assistant/Salesperson will be required to:
- perform general administrative duties;
- process invoices;
- assist customers with sales enquiries;
- represent the business in a friendly and professional manner;
- type up quotes (using Word); and

Pay is negotiable up to $30/hr depending on experience.
**Skills & experience**
The qualities we are looking for are:
- Strong administration skills (previous experience in a similar role)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
