**About Us**

AMSL Aero Pty Ltd is a start-up Australian aviation company, incorporated in 2017. We are developing Vertiia, the world’s most efficient and a long range electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Vertiia will be used initially in aeromedical, regional passenger and cargo operations, providing emissions-free, safe, low cost and fast transport up to 1000 km. We are based airside at Bankstown Airport, and our flight test facilities are located in regional New South Wales.

**About the role**

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Managing meeting arrangements and travel arrangements for team members as required
- Ordering office supplies, setting up office equipment and tidying up office / kitchen areas
- Assisting with supplier management, accounts and reports as needed
- Helping the Facilities Manager with ensuring facilities are kept clean, safe and secure
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and external parties as required for the business
- Assisting with arranging team activities and events
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required

**About you**
- Relevant experience is desirable, but not required
- Strong IT skills will be required and it is desirable that you have worked with GSuite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Willingness to help with a range of duties, including reports, administration, facilities, and ordering of supplies
- Proactive and able to work autonomously

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
