**Office Administrator**
Our client is one of the leading global freights forwarding and logistics service provider and due to recent developments, they are looking for an Office Administrator(Office/Billing/HR Support) to join their Operations Team.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Clerical and administrative support to Group Leader (CFO) and HR Manager
- Processing documentation and preparing reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruiting, training etc)
- Support CFO and HR Manager to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Conducting a range of administration support including travel, accommodation, stationery and fleet
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, appointments, and other similar activities
- Taking accurate meeting minutes
- Support on payroll
- Support AP/AR and month-end
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Other administration duties and office management duties
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 years of experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build report with the Managers and Employees
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
**You should be able to commute to both the Parramatta and the Bankstown offices.**
