**Duties may include**:

- Coordinate and provide high level secretariat services and expert governance advice to a diverse range of departmental, statutory and ministerial advisory committees, including meetings papers, monitoring actions, recording decisions, coordinating out of session papers, logistics, committee recruitment and relevant reports to the required quality and timeframes.
- Prepare and deliver timely, high quality ministerial and executive correspondence and briefs based on recommendations and advice from committees with consideration of potential implications and risks for government.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a network of internal and external stakeholders

**To be successful for these positions you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Provide high quality, timely effective secretariat and administrative services and expert governance advice to ministerial, departmental or statutory committees, or similar.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proactively undertake research to prepare briefs, correspondence and reports to required standards, as well as documenting relevant policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and take initiative to meet deadlines.
