Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.

**Role Description**:
Provide key financial and administrative support to clients and consultants; accurately, timely and consistently, while developing and expanding professional knowledge and capability, through undertaking a diverse range of support tasks.
**The Role and Responsibilities**:
- Administer, enter, and collate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Management and General Ledger for our client
- Prepare and issue monthly Invoices, Fee Forecast, Debtors and updated Budget reports for monthly meetings
- Manage bill payments and pursue overdue invoices
- Administer individual salary packages, travel expenses and allowances
- Administer and execute salary and payroll requirements of our client with the associated office tax procedures
- Advanced Synergy and MYOB software knowledge
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and all relevant companies regarding payment and invoicing requirements
- Reception and general administration backup when needed including supporting marketing and social events
- Prepare working papers monthly to send to accountant for budget preparation
- Review and renew insurance policies
