**The Job **
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers within an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and understand customer needs, aspirations, and challenges to provide strategic solutions that drive long-term value for their operations.
- Collaborate closely with customers to align their future needs with Hexagon's solution roadmaps, ensuring continuous value realization and optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise to recognize business problems and broker innovative solutions.
- Engage and coordinate regional and global experts to provide best practices, insights, and support that maximize the value customers derive from Hexagon solutions.
**About you **
- You have experience in industrial safety or mining, and a keen interest in learning through field experience.
- You have a degree in mining engineering/geology/technology or have spent time in mining operations working with those accountable for production and safety.
- You have the passion for the resources industry that inspires you to embrace Australian and occasional international travel to see your clients and work with your colleagues.
