**The role**

They are looking for their first Distribution Channel Manager in Australia to drive growth by collaboratively supporting execution of commercial initiatives with the company's channel partners.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets by developing strong relationships with distribution partners.
- Work closely with the SEA marketing team to ensure all marketing campaigns are executed by all channel partners.
- Drive win rate in targeted market.
- Prepare progress, forecast reports on a weekly basis for the Regional Sales Manager.
- Understand channel partners challenges and communicate effectively potential improvements initiatives.
- Provide technical training and technical support on complex technical issues
- Willing to travel up to 70% of the time
