**Key responsibilities include**:

- Co-create and drive the scientific communications strategy and holistic scientific communications plan
- Create and implement omnichannel communications campaigns
- Develop and deliver medical education initiatives in response to needs analyses
- Collaborate with brand team(s), MSLs and medical advisors
- Seek insight and input put from opinion leaders via external engagement and/or steering committees
- Support non-promotional content creation, adaptation and approval for both in-line and pipeline products
- Collaborate with local therapeutic area leads to deliver local publication plan

**WIN - What we expect of you**
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/chemistry/life science/medicine essential (MSc/PharmD/PhD highly regarded)
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role (in-house or as an external agency provider)
- Medical affairs project management experience in a pharmaceutical company or healthcare communications agency
- Experience in the development and delivery of medical-scientific education resources, such as meetings, webinars, slide decks and education materials
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Veeva CRM
- Experience in the bone, cardiovascular, oncology or inflammation therapeutic area(s) desirable
- Work rights and residency in Australia mandatory
