A highly successful global organisation is seeking an experienced and reliable Facilities Officer to join their company on a temporary basis.
**Your new role**
You will be is responsible for:
- Support the day-to-day operations for the Facilities Manager
- Complete administration requirements of building compliance
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Upkeep of building maintenance records and database
- Manning Reception desk, as required
- Management of contractors including safety and timeliness of works
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a similar role will lead you to success as will:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably including experience with office facilities
- The ability to professionally liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
