Facilities officer/ concierge required in Melbourne CBD for 1 month cover

**Your new role**

In your new role as a facilities officer/ concierge, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and tidy
- Support internal staff to ensure all tasks & requests are completed in a timely and highly efficient and effective manner.
- Manage mailroom and deliver administration
- Organising any visitor passes
- Assist in the co-ordination and delivery of day to day running of office premises.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally high-end corporate concierge
- Prior experience of managing meeting room services is an advantage.
- Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
- Must have a presentable, professional and friendly corporate image
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
