A global fintech company that has been building next-generation cloud solutions to allow for more flexibility, speed, and control of payments to be put in the hands of customers. The company both serves the consumer and business markets with innovative solutions.
With 100 employees globally, and offices in Sydney, London, Belfast, Glasgow, and Warsaw, the company’s flexible embedded finance platform offers single API access to a full suite of powerful microservices for payments, KYC, data, insights, and real-time transaction monitoring.
**What we need**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who comes with experience working for FinTechs.
- You will be responsible for building strong, success-focused, relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and ensuring that you are meeting their needs with the right products and services.
- This is a multi-faceted role that works in partnership with a range of internal teams and stakeholders to define and execute the most successful onboarding program for each of your clients as well as ensure their needs continue to be met as they grow and evolve.
- You will become a trusted advisor to these clients, deeply understanding their business and their current and future needs. You will also be a key partner for product, technology, and risk teams including bringing the voice of the customer into product roadmap decisions.
**More specifically you will**
- Develop a set of requirements for MVP / Initial onboarding and ensure that this is communicated and understood by the client and internal stakeholders.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, identifying their business objectives and goals, and providing solutions to help them achieve success.
- Build knowledge of client future plans and needs and communicate them back into the business.
- Monitor client usage and provide data-driven insights to help clients optimize their use of our products and services.
- Manage ongoing governance, contractual commitments, and business review requirements post-launch including preparing reports and chairing meetings.
- Work with the Sales team to identify new product and service opportunities within existing relationships.
**What you are bringing to this role**
- You have worked for a minimum of 2-3 years of payments industry experience and a track record of proven success.
- Proven experience in customer success, relationship management, or a similar role in a banking, payments, or B2B fintech environment and proficient in using customer success tools and software.
- Working knowledge of ASIC-regulated Australian Financial Services License for the operation of a Non-Cash Payment Product is highly desirable.
