Our client is a highly regarded designer lighting studio and is renowned for their stunningly unique lights, while providing exceptional service through their highly experienced team. Working with exclusive international brands, their reputation precedes them throughout the market leading the way in bringing client visions to life.
**About this Opportunity**
With their head office located centrally in the city fringes, they are now seeking an experienced Client Administrator to join their collaborative team. Supporting the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries and requires an effective multi-tasker.
Starting 3rd April, this opportunity is to cover annual leave for 4 months with the view to go permanent.
Your duties will include:
- Update and maintain database.
- Supporting sales team once an order has been made.
- Coordinating delivery quotes
- Booking deliveries and update clients with timeframes.
- Support with invoicing and accounts.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining presentation.
- Ordering supplies and catering.
- Ad-hoc support with events, and client gifting.
- Compliance administration.
- Previous experience in a multitasking administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a good attention to detail.
- Enjoy problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Be highly organised and admin savvy.
