Our client is a well-established and leading provider of prestige construction equipment and due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a strong Administrator to add to their team. This company has 2000+ employees and are in operation in every state across Australia
**What will this position entail?**
This role will see you working predominantly within our client’s **Technical** **Servicing Department**, assisting with the below:
- Providing administrative support to the technical team from initial enquiries to the processing of quotations and sales documentation.
- Scheduling in various services of equipment and calendar management.
- Raising invoices and purchase orders.
- Dealing with any potential servicing problems or queries with bookings.
- Any other general administrative tasks where required.
In this position, you will learn how to time manage and organise, taking on a variety of tasks to support their fast-paced environment.

**How can I be successful?**
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous experience within a technical & servicing administration position.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
