**The Client**
Our client is a leading accounting practice with national and international affiliations who have built a strong culture and have excellent staff retention.
The role provides support to a team of Accountants, Financial Advisers and HR team along with other Client Services staff and duties include the following:
- Diary management of Partners and engaging with clients in organising meetings etc.
- ASIC/ATO data entry and management.
- Provide administrative support to all team members.
- Maintain client database.
- Prepare fees and invoices where required.
- PDF client income tax returns and financial statements.
- Other general administrative duties including scanning and filing.
- Relief Reception as required.
Essential skills required are:
- Minimum two years’ experience working in administration or Client Services within a professional services environment.
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Great communication skills.
