**About the role at Rippling**

As our Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives for a fast-paced, high-growth company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Mid-Market team, the training and development of your team, and you’ll be an integral part of Rippling’s growth and expansion across Australia.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building and Management - Develop, maintain, and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders to achieve specific goals
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Sales Process Execution - Execute on designed touch points in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects
