**The role**

We are looking for a talented APS6 content designer with a passion for their craft.

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience designing user-centred content.

**Please note **these are website content roles, not graphic design, communications or digital marketing roles.

**Duties**

Duties include:

- Designing content for key websites that meets user needs, is structured to reflect how users read online and on mobile devices.
- Writing user stories, mapping journeys, pair writing, using analytics, conducting user research
- Experience and understanding of the APS style Manual
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to build capability, explaining the benefits of user-centred content
- Contributing to content management activities such as content migration and IA design
- Managing content activities and workflows effectively, including adopting and supporting team tools and processes
- Contributing to a positive team culture in an Agile setting
- Using digital workplace tools including Azure DevOps, Miro and MS Teams and Webex.
