A Service Designer (APS6) role for a Government agency working on a new project defining digital standards

**Your new company**
You will join a leading agency based in Canberra CBD, where the work has direct impact on the landscape in Federal Government. As a result of recent shifts in the market, a new project team is being created to address these changes to ensure quality standardisation going forward.

**Your new role**
You will work as apart of a newly formed small multi-disciplinary team of ASP professionals working towards the same goals and deadlines at EOFY. Reporting to an Assistant Director, you will contribute to the development of the digital services blueprint through service and information design practices. This team will be made of other professional in the Service Design space and others from a Policy background to help define pathways forward.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll need a passion for strong Service Design and relevant industry experience to form your work, along with
- Contribute to industry research and analysis to make connections and inform the digital services blueprint, identifying pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation and develop artefacts to inform on-going digital governance
- Provide timely, expert and strategic advice, develop communications, and quality assure documents
- Have the capacity to problem solve and provide a significant contribution to innovation, during the establishment of the branch.
- Strong and engaging communication skills, which you can use to influence positive outcomes and work through any challenges which might arise of being apart of a new project with hard deadlines.
- A Baseline Security Clearance

**What you'll get in return**
The opportunity to be apart of a new project team and contribute to critical Service Design outcomes for the Federal Government - while working in either a Non-ongoing or S26 capacity till EOFY, with potential extension depending on the project needs. Remote and flexible working arrangements are available, as long as they don't impact the project needs.
