**Your new company**

You will be working with a dedicated Content Design team who support the Australia community by conducting business as usual Website maintenance, updating communications, and ensuring the content maintains a relevant and consistent tone of voice across all communications.

**Your new role**

You will be required to design and create content, which is in line with the agency's strategy, is removed of complex industry jargon and written for a general-public audience, whilst ensuring that the users journey is intuitive and inline with the business areas objectives. You'll be required to analyse user stories, design content flows, and make recommendations addressing users needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll need to have
- Strong Content Design skills, and have previously worked in a similar role where the content is accessible, discoverable, usable, and inclusive
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, and use user data, creating journey maps and research reports
- Experience working within an Agile environment, using agile tools, and working with accountability for your deliverables and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and manage competing prioritises

**What you'll get in return**

You'll get the opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team, working on a 12-month contract, with extension pending client approval. There is work from home flexibility available, on a case-by-case basis.
