We take accountability for setting and delivering the highest standards of quality, and never give up**About This Role**The Shop Logistic Support Specialist covers a key role in managing and supporting the purchasing flow and return processes, acting as the local point of contact for Shops for logistic issues, resolving them or addressing them to the correct escalation path.

The Shop Logistic Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring logistic issues and identifying opportunities to improve logistics customer service and shop purchase transaction processes. This role is supporting key Supply Chain targets, strategic plans and continuous improvements as required.The responsibilities of the Shop Logistic Support Specialist include but not limited to:1st level shop logistics support
- Navigating the service desk ticketing tool, ServiceNow
- Problem solving for incidents and escalation process
- Collect all 2nd level shop logistic support requests and connect with logistic cluster to solve them
- Partner with Supply Chain team to assure flawless communication and prompt problem solving

Order management (outbound)
- Manage outbound orders to warehouse (WH) and shops, end to end
- Interact with WH, suppliers and logistic providers to verify outbound order status
- Partner with Vendors to assure flawless communication and prompt problem solving
- Creating reporting for outbound order status, presenting to Global SLS Team
- Flagging any potential IT issues in a timely manner, ensuring resolution and communication any potenitial risks in a timely manner

2nd level shop support
- Monitor ticket status and produce effective reporting documents
- Supporting Attune clinics to improve SNOW adoption
- Supporting Logistics Support Team leader define KPIs for Attune as per global template.

Training and Continuous Improvement
- Support the implementation at the country level, together with the Global Shop Logistic support team, of customer service processes
- Support improving automation in the purchasing transactional processes (i.e. adoption of supplier portal, EDI solutions, etc.) and additional continouos improvements projects as requested

Logistic specialist
- Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customer' criteria
- Analyse and monitor suppliers performance & logistic providers (SLA, age orders)
- Verify consistency of logistic data on ERP system

Professional Attributes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain / Logistic
- Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred), order automation tools (EDI protocols, Supplier Portals) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
- Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong team player
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Customer oriented approach, able to problem solve and support resolution
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Strong user focus and genuine desire to assist
- "Can do" attitude when handling complex situation
- Proactive team player
