As the Customer Care Specialist you will liaise with a broad range of customers providing seamless support and assistance in response to their queries. No two days are the same and no two customers are the same so you will thrive on variety and providing exceptional customer service.
About the role:
- Resolving customer queries relating to freelance, individual or contractor tax,
- Working with customers to support them in getting on top of any legacy financial issues they may have,
- Onboarding new customers including conducting regulatory checks,
- Working with third-party suppliers to ensure the smooth processing of payment data,
- Conducting follow-up calls with new customers and providing them with assistance as required.
About you:
- Financially literate with relevant tertiary education, background, or work experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or similar.
- 1-3 years experience in a professional working environment,
- Keen interest in customer liaison and providing solutions to often complex tax queries,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced written and oral communication skills.
