About the Role

We are seeking a Compassionate Female Care Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional home care services. As a specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence within their own homes.

The ideal candidate will provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes and directly improve their quality of life. You will be required to travel to clients' homes using your own car, for which you'll be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time.

This role requires being patient and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in aged or community care is beneficial but not necessary, as we offer full training. A valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance) are mandatory requirements.

Desirable qualifications include a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, although this can be obtained through our training program. We also encourage applicants who speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Greek, Turkish, or Arabic, as this would be advantageous when interacting with our culturally diverse client base.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $29.56 to $32.45 per hour, plus 99c/km + paid travel time, along with benefits such as mobile phone provided, Fitness Passport membership, and First Aid Certificate.
