The University of Wollongong is seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Retention Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive academic environment by identifying and addressing barriers to student retention. By implementing innovative initiatives and connecting students with the appropriate resources and services, you will help promote student engagement and persistence.
The Student Retention Coordinator will lead the development and implementation of student retention programs, monitor and analyse student progress, collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive approach, and champion the use of technology and inclusive practices to enhance retention rates, all while fostering a supportive and culturally respectful academic environment.
