**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide project, coordination and administrative support and management to People Services and the Leadership Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and leading a wide variety of projects from inception to handover for People Services.
- Working in support of other Uniting functions and teams to foster coordination across the organisation, avoiding duplication, standardising on efficient processes and delivering continuous improvement
- Ensuring that quality documentation is prepared and maintained for the team.
- Maintaining SharePoint sites and associated functionality as the document management solution for teams in People & Systems whilst maintaining up-to-date replication of organisation wide Shared Services related documentation via the intranet.
- Maintaining currency of all documentation and forms available on the SharePoint site and the Uniting Intranet and ensure that these changes are communicated as required to internal and external teams.
- General Administrative duties including: reporting, meeting management

**Qualifications and experience**:

- 2-5 years experience in your field of expertise
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to recognise the importance of attention to detail and following through on commitments
- Demonstrated written, analytical, numeric and oral presentation skills
- SharePoint administration skills
