We are currently seeking an E-commerce Manager to join our consumer team in North Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the digital presence of Galderma's products and services. You will play a crucial role in growing Galderma's online business, managing key e-commerce platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the online purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities- Drive annual Sales Growth and Trade Promotional Spend for assigned customers.- Own customer forecasting and propose investment levels during Brand and Account Planning.- Set and measure online presence through Galderma's CARS framework.- Collaborate with local/regional leads to enhance our ecommerce footprint.- Provide regular performance updates on set account KPIs- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Manage total trade spend and adjust plans based on promotional effectiveness and ROI analysis.

Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree or equivalent- Proficient in the use of IRI/Aztec and IQVIA databases- 3 years+ Ecommerce Management experience in the FMCG industry. Health & Beauty channel experience ideal but not mandatory.- Experience with major online retailers such as Amazon, Coles Online or Woolworths Online, CWH Online- Leads and influences teams that are not direct reports
