The National Sales and Operations Associate (NSOA), provides overall sales operations support for the ACS, B2B and Channel team and has accountability, for sales reporting and tracking, GFK and SCM analysis, along with general administrative tasks.
The NSOA is the process champion between sales and operations and allows sales team to operate at maximum efficiency whilst adhering to all internal processes and guidelines. As an important member within the sales & operations organization, the NSOA has shared accountability for helping to drive sales performance, for aligning sales objectives with firm account strategy. The NSOA reports to the Head of Sales.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure projects and inventory requirements are visible through regular communication with sales team
- Communicate with customers in alignment with sales team to obtain updated rollout plans
- Attend all weekly meetings with sales team, and inbound and outbound team as required
- Provide weekly reporting to sales team that outlines weekly sales and tracking to target
- Communicate special order requirements and other inventory related information between sales and Operations
- Prepare sales planning reports based on market trends and customer sales analysis
- Ascertain demand sales forecast from sales team and liaise with operations team
- Update project pipeline data on weekly basis for sales team
- Checking stock availability for upcoming B2B sales orders before requesting shipment.
- Communicate with customers to ensure the requested delivery time and address align with the required delivery dates (RDD), and inform outbound accordingly.
- Provide support to management and sales team in fulfilling their weekly and monthly reporting requirements
- Adhere at all times to company policies and procedures in the completion of required duties
- Manage and monitor ACS incentive rebate scheme in alignment with sales targets
- Develop a monthly routine to minimise account issues arising from slow processing of customer claims relating to short deliveries, damaged deliveries, missing POD deliveries and commercial returns.
- Working with the appropriate teams within Samsung to support timely processing of these claims to enable seamless order processing throughout each month
- Develop sales predictor tools for effective sales management and monthly sales targets
- Monitor on time product deliveries to customers, and implement improvement strategies as required to achieve customer satisfaction
- Improve stock availability for customers in collaboration with SCM by allocating warehouse stock to wholesale orders
- Prioritising orders to maximise efficient shipment and reconciling returns where seem fit.
- Reporting:
- Provide insight into forecasts performance by participating in weekly meetings
- Develop operational manuals for Air Solutions team as part of new employee induction program
- Manage uploads of customer data, including discount structures and matrices
Skills and Qualifications

- Relevant University Degree appreciated
Experience
- Understanding of the B2B market within Australia
- Experience in sales, inventory, operations or forecasting in previous roles preferred
