Job Description The Sales Operations Associate will provide support to the APAC Senior Sales Operations Analysts, handling administrative and analytical functions. Including the following but not limited to:

- Ensure timely submission of POS, Backlog and Inventory submissions from distributors into E2Open.
- Review and Identify discrepancies in distributor reports and work with Channel Team Sales Rep. and cross functional teams for resolution.
- Handle data reconciliation between E2open, SFDC, etc. systems.
- Support shipment escalations requests with Supply Chain.
- Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign.
- Process Distributor and Partner onboarding and offboarding and follow up with related parties.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business, data management, operations research, or related field.
- 2 to 6 years’ experience in an operations analyst role, or in a related position.
- Understanding of Quote to Cash and POS is preferred.
- Able to analyze complex data sets using a variety of software and tools.
- Attention to details and able to handle multi tasks.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management.
