Our client is the market leader in fume and dust extraction solutions with a truly international footprint. We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager who can develop and facilitate the company’s sales and growth targets to ensure continued success. Whilst the main area of focus for this role is New South Wales, there will also be some responsibility at a national level.

Reporting to the Managing Director, and with a small team of reports, your duties will include:

- Management of major customer accounts
- Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities
- Creation and implementation of sales strategies and market plans
- Analysis, reporting and forecasting of sales figures
- Managing a small team, including development and target setting
- Formal qualifications in a business discipline
- A proven track record in industrial equipment sales over the long term
- Passion and ability to increase business profile and market share
- Demonstrated skills in planning and executing sales/marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels, both verbal and written
- People management and development skills
- Able to travel locally and interstate as required
