Lumus Imaging are on the lookout for a Permanent, Full Time Medical Receptionist to join our team in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Northside. They provide a range of imaging services with a primary focus on CT scans for a wide range of patients who are referred to our clinic. Our team prides itself on the delivery of high quality and efficient patient services.

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments both in person and over the phone. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the booking of appointments through various systems, records management and working with referring medical practitioners.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
