As a full-time permanent employee, you'll enjoy the stability of a 38-hour workweek, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm.

Each shift is 7.6 hours, and we provide your roster four weeks in advance, ensuring optimal work-life balance and peace of mind.

The clinics are located in Albany Creek, Ascot, Chermside, Wavell Heights, Fortitude Valley and Strathpine - you will be required to work in all clinics but only 1 per day, unless stated otherwise.

Reporting to our supportive Area Office Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-level reception duties and administrative services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive highquality reception and contact center services.
  • Efficiently manage appointments for excellent customer service and clinic efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.

Key qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist and call centre professional (essential).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with ease.
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomy and ability to thrive in a team environment.
