Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent for various roles within the Insurance industry.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or internal settings. You will possess excellent communication skills, a people-focused approach, and the ability to critically think about and solve problems. Your willingness to learn and develop additional skills will also be essential.
You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with tailored solutions. Your role will involve:
- Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our recruitment partners through exceptional customer service and outcome delivery.
- Business Development: Identifying new client opportunities that can benefit from our expertise and services.
- Job Ads: Developing eye-catching and informative marketing campaigns to attract candidates.
- Sourcing: Searching and engaging with new and existing candidates to build long-term relationships.
- Interviews: Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators, and career direction.
- Profiling: Articulating the strengths and capabilities of candidates to clients to progress them to interviews.
- Partnership: Working alongside other specialist team members dedicated to servicing clients in the industry to develop strategic plans for candidates.
- Placements: Negotiating and facilitating the successful placement of candidates.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Comfortability facing and engaging with clients.
- Tertiary degree qualification (preferred).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop additional skills.
- Great communication skills with a people-focused approach.
- Ability to critically think about and solve problems, research, and find effective solutions.
- Sense of urgency with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
