About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager - Design will be responsible for leading the creation of gorgeous communications targeting The Big End of Town, using your knowledge of design and UX, brand, self-service solutions, digital channels and communication requirements.
The role works in conjunction with Institutional Marketing stakeholders to level up how we look, interact with customers, and increase speed to market across all our channels.

**Role Location**: Melbourne or Sydney
**Role Type**: 12 month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract, Full-time
What will your day look like?
As the Digital Marketing Manager - Design, you will be accountable for:
Management and creation of visual assets for various marketing executions, paid and owned, sometimes working in partnership with our external agencies
Driving design self-service capabilities for the Marketing team and our stakeholders to enable speed and scalability
Management and creation of digital assets and templates for brand requirements
Survey trends and identify opportunities for new content to support our propositions, eg infographics, animations, etc
Work with the Digital Marketing team on journey mapping, creative, tests, interpreting results, suggesting improvements and creating artefacts to help tell the story
Optimise and translate existing content into new channels
Support with other digital marketing activities
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience in digital or communications, including visual design of communication assets.
Experience with Adobe design products, Canva, or similar graphic programs
Knowledge of digital channels and how to maximise execution, innovation and delivery of digital experiences
Experience in creative development and production
Working within brand guidelines, and extending them to new use cases
Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strategic capability, problem solving skills and the ability to explore and make recommendations that deliver results
