Play a vital role in Queenslanders Building Better by becoming a Building Inspector with QBCC - we have 2 permanent roles available
- work variety and travel (with paid accommodation and use of company car)

QBCC are looking for experienced builders who have a Builder's Licence from the QBCC (or who are eligible to) and can provide expert technical advice to consumers, customers and industry groups relating to building work in the State of Queensland.
You will conduct technical investigations, prepare reports and statements to help resolve disputes relating to building work, including issuing Directions and holding contractors to task if necessary but importantly provide advice to, and mediate between contractors and consumers to provide optimum solutions.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- be eligible or currently hold a Builder Licence (Low-rise mandatory) from QBCC in Queensland - (Medium-rise and Open Building Licences highly desirable)
- possess a Current Driver's Licence (Motor Vehicle) and have a good driving record
- undertake a Queensland Criminal History Check
