**The Position**
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Inspector to join our client's team in Sydney. The Inspector is fully responsible for pre-construction inspection and certification post inspections.

**The Role**
The role includes (but not limited to):

- Carrying out pre-construction inspection of residential, commercial and civil projects.
- Compile, review and submit documents required for certification post inspections
- Communicate any serious reports findings with the team in a detailed immediately
- Certificate IV in Building and Construiction
- Experience in Structural Engineering or Construction (as a Builder)
- Ability to communicate with staff at all organizational levels
- Strong lateral thinking, problem solving and advanced analytical thinking skills
- Willing to work in Brisbane location
