**About the role**

The role of Residential Care Admission Coordinator is responsible for managing and driving our sales pipeline for HammondCare’s Residential Care site, including sourcing and supporting prospective residents as they journey to appropriate Residential Care services.

**_ This is a permanent full time role based at our North Turramurra residential site._**

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Contacting prospective clients to communicate services and benefits HammondCare offers
- Networking with local GPs, home care services and hospitals to ensure pipeline of referrals are made
- Working with Operations team to ensure prospective residents understand service delivery and financial costs associated with residential services
- Appropriately matching residents with residential site
- Stakeholder and relationship management
- Administration tasks
- Updating our CRM system

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- A minimum of four year's demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced Coordination role with ability to multi-task effectively
- Experience working in a sales capacity
- Demonstrated experience learning and adapting to new technology platforms
- Demonstrated stakeholder experience dealing with people at all levels
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Mature and assertive outlook
- Empathic, patient and compassionate nature
- Understanding of aged care funding is highly regarded
- Experience using CRMs highly regarded
