**Your new company**

I am currently partnered with a government client located in the Geelong CBD who is seeking to recruit a Claims Support Coordinator to commence as soon as possible through to January 2024 with the potential to extend.

The role sits in their Geelong office 3 days a week in the office required, with the ability to work remotely 2 days.

**Your new role**

As a Claims Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Handling a high volume of administrative tasks-data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Demonstrate your ability to work independently and take initiative, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Skills & Experience you will need:

- Previous experience working in a claims administration or support role
- Experience working within the health or medical industry (desirable)
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with providers.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to adapt to new technology and systems
