Scheduler Administration Officer

Right at Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers has an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Scheduler / Administrator, to join our growing team of schedulers
The addition of a new scheduler will be key to maintaining our wonderful reputation within the community. The main responsibilities for this role would be primarily scheduling, however there would be a focus on general administration as well as outstanding customer service.
Day-to-day duties can include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling of services by allocating Personal Care Workers
- Deal with ad-hock schedule changes day-to-day
- Work closely with the care coordinators to review and improve the long-term care schedule of each client
- Assist in the office with general office administration duties
- Answering of incoming calls and directing the inquiries to the relevant person
- Support with marketing activities and client acquisition
- Communicate with clients and carers about any changes to their rosters.

**Preferred Skills**:
- Preference. 1+ Years’ experience in a similar administration or scheduling role - Experience within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- Valid Open QLD Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Paid)
- Blue Card (Paid)
- Federal Police Check
- High level of computer literacy
- Very personable with strong organisational and multitasking skills
