Laserdyne is seeking a person to fill the role of Administration/Office Assistant at our factory on the Gold Coast QLD. Reporting to the Administration Manager and working closely with other team members, this role encompasses a broad range of administration tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Document Control - including new documentation, number allocation, document distribution in accordance with ISO 9001 and relevant area work instructions
- Assist with incoming goods supplied by National and International Suppliers
- Assist with creating, updating and maintaining multiple database registers
- Assist with purchasing, invoicing and filing
- Assist with shipping of goods supplied to National and International customers
- Assist with ordering of office and amenity consumables
- Assist with printing of documents associated with production (user manuals, serial number and safety labels and other documents as required)
- Provide seamless contact with Customers, Suppliers and Staff
- Provide support for “back-office” computer systems (MRP software and COTS system)
- Follow all Workplace Health and Safety policies and ISO9001:2015 requirements
- Work with team members to maximise productivity and efficiency

Literacy, high attention to detail, and adherence to set procedures are required, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office computer programs.

Previous exposure to and/or experience with ISO9001 quality system compliance would be a distinct advantage. Training will be provided on in-house systems.

Ideally you will have good written and oral communication skills, be a team player, but also be able to work on your own.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
