The addition of a new scheduler will be key to maintaining our wonderful reputation within the community. The main responsibilities for this role would be primarily scheduling, however there would be a focus on general administration as well as outstanding customer service.

Day-to-day duties can include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling of services by allocating Personal Care Workers
- Deal with ad-hock schedule changes day-to-day
- Work closely with the care coordinators to review and improve the long-term care schedule of each client
- Assist in the office with general office administration duties
- Answering of incoming calls and directing the inquiries to the relevant person
- Support with marketing activities and client acquisition
- Communicate with clients and carers about any changes to their rosters.

**Preferred Skills**:
Preference. 1+ Years’ experience in a similar administration or scheduling role - Experience within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded

Ability to work Monday to Friday

Valid Open QLD Driver’s Licence

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Federal Police Check

High level of computer literacy

Very personable with strong organisational and multitasking skills
