Join an industry leading organisation as their new permanent Administrator and Scheduling Officer

**Your new company**
Our client is an industry leading provider of national and international moving services with over 40 branches across Australia. Due to their continued growth and success an Administration Officer and Scheduler is required to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

**Your new role**
As the administration officer, you will be one of the main points of contact for customers and clients. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- First point of contact, answering the phones and providing information
- Booking and scheduling jobs and allocating drivers
- Preparing correspondence
- Processing payments in person and over the phone
- Raising invoices
- General administration duties to support the smooth day to day running of the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in an administration and scheduling role (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive can do attitude
- Full time availability Monday - Friday
- The ability to work independently and in a team
