**About the Role**:
The Head of Educational Partnerships is a senior leadership position within the educational delivery portfolio. In this role, you will oversee educational program performance, quality improvement activities, government-funded and commercial income targets, and strategic projects, including Transitioning Industries. You will lead the industry engagement process to secure new opportunities and develop new initiatives that support sustainable growth and financial sustainability for the institution.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous leadership and management experience in an educational environment.
- Previous strategic engagement and sales experience.
- Experience with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Specialist skills and experience in implementing continuous improvement systems.
- Relevant degree and relevant post-graduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders with a focus on revenue growth.
- Knowledge of compliance and ASQA requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence the change process.
- Valid Driver’s Licence required.
