As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of our cleaning and handyman services. You will be the main point of contact for clients, manage administrative tasks, and oversee the scheduling and coordination of our on-site teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- **Client Communication**: Speak with clients to understand their needs, provide service information, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Job Scheduling**: Book jobs, manage calendars, and ensure timely completion of tasks by coordinating with on-site teams.
- **Lead Management**: Chase job leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert inquiries into booked services.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- **Phone Management**: Answer phone calls promptly, address client queries, and route calls to appropriate team members.
- **Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- **Team Management**: Oversee and support on-site teams, ensuring they have the resources needed to perform their duties efficiently.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in the cleaning or handyman industry is a plus
