Receptionist/Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Morgan Consulting. This is a diverse role that requires someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and reception with clients and legal practices
  • Welcome and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collate and record inbound/outbound mail, including ATO correspondence
  • Process invoices and manage debtors
  • Maintain and update databases as required
  • Schedule meetings and lodge documents with the ATO
  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Ensure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a public practice
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • MYOB AE experience (desirable)
