**Growth Marketing Manager - FinTech**

Our client is a fast-growing, global Fintech company specialising in Global Banking, Alternative Investments, and Capital Market sectors. Through their virtual data rooms, they facilitate strategic initiatives, M&A, investor reporting and so much more. To maintain their phenomenal growth, they are currently seeking a **Growth Marketing Manager **based in Sydney.

**As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will**:

- Develop and drive marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives, and tactics to reach sales goals and marketing KPIs
- Identify the right mix of marketing channels, tactics, and programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales pipeline goals
- Work collaboratively with sales, and product marketing to develop marketing strategies/programs
- Lead the execution of local marketing activity covering digital, events, and through direct and indirect channels
- Identify local content to develop, write and spread through a content team, a PR manager, or agencies to improve awareness
- Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and new features in online advertising
- Make recommendations and launch new channels and campaigns, where appropriate

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, traits, and experience**:

- 5 years B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Building scalable Global Marketing and ABM programs
- Running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth
- Traditional and modern marketing tools and channels (list building and targeting, webinars, digital events, direct mail, social network targeting, etc.)
- Collaboration and stakeholder management
- Customer-oriented
- Inquisitive and innovative
- A hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
