About the role:

The Growth Marketing Manager will join our Marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with our Product, Partners and Guest Experience teams.

This is the job for you if you are excited to:

  • drive homeowner sign-ups, guest booking revenue and a 5* guest experience
  • tap into new channels for homeowner and guest growth through marketing and our network
  • build on our partners’ relationship with our brand and how they represent us

This role is crucial to the success of Hometime and the relationships we have within the ecosystem we have built that delivers a marketing-leading service for homeowners, hosting partners and guests. You will identify opportunities for growing the prevalence of first-time guest bookers and connecting with our existing guests to drive repeat bookings. This will make our homeowners true brand advocates and unlock a referral network to power our portfolio growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Help lead Hometime’s goal of building a uniform guest-facing brand with a consistent experience across all platforms and channels such as Hometime.io and our direct booking subdomain stays.hometime.io
  • Strategise our homeowner marketing initiatives which include; sales enablement, brand engagement, ongoing nurturing via communications, local advertising and marketing initiatives to support partners and our wholly-owned subs
  • Support our partner network to be the local point of contact that guests love through improved marketing and representation of the Hometime brand in their communities
  • Create strategies for driving direct bookings and secure a higher volume of repeat bookings through remarketing
  • Standardise the guest experience through a market-leading booking experience; clearer communications and in-home touchpoints to build awareness of Hometime’s homes
  • Help support the uptake of homeowner referrals because happy guests + happy homeowners = growth
  • Collaborate with others on brand-focused campaigns that tie in with important travel moments and our property collections
  • Measure our guest-facing brand and experience through the volume of 5-star reviews we receive

Tools you’ll be using: Hubspot, Figma, Canva, Notion, Zoom, Google Suite

About you: 

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in the travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using data to inform marketing strategies
  • Creative mindset with a track record of executing marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and campaign optimisation techniques
  • A broad range of marketing experience (including digital) with a passion for delivering campaigns from inception through delivery and to performance analysis 
  • A roll-your-sleeves-up mentality that sees opportunity in ambiguity
